Ingredients Required:

  1. 3/4th pound of cooked turkey meat
  2. Two green onions
  3. Two stalks of celery
  4. 1/2 red bell pepper
  5. Two tablespoons of prepared Dijon-style mustard
  6. Three tablespoons of mayonnaise
  7. One tablespoon of cider vinegar
  8. 1/4th teaspoon of salt
  9. One teaspoon of white sugar

Preparation Directions:
Step-1: Keep all the ingredients cooked turkey, green onions, celery and red bell pepper in to a food processor or a blender and chop them finely by setting to pulse.

Step-2: Take the mixture out of the blender in to a bowl and mix in the mayonnaise, cider vinegar, prepared Dijon-style mustard, salt and white sugar. Cover the mixture and keep it in the refrigerator overnight or for about 8 hours before serving on Thanksgiving Day.

Ingredients Required:

  1. One cup of quinoa
  2. One tablespoon of olive oil
  3. Two cups of water or Two cups of reduced-fat chicken broth
  4. 1⁄4th diced yellow onion
  5. One apple, diced into large chunks
  6. Eight to ten fresh sage leaves, cut into fine ribbons
  7. One 1⁄2 cups of acorn squash, cooked as well as cubed
  8. Two tablespoons dried cranberries
  9. One to two teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice
  10. Preparation Directions

Step-1: Clean the quinoa under water and toss it in a small pan and toast it lightly. Add two cups of water to it and allow it to boil. Later reduce the flame and cook it for 15 to 20 minutes or till the liquid gets absorbed.

Step-2: Take a separate pan, take some oil and heat it in a medium heat. Add onions and sage to it and sauté it for five to seven minutes i.e., till the onions becomes soft.   1. 1/4th cup of extra-virgin olive oil

  5. One (8 ounce) container of frozen whipped topping, thawed
  6. Two (8 ounce) packages of cream cheese
  7. One (6 ounce) package of strawberry flavored Jell-O®
  8. One (16 ounce) package of frozen strawberries
  9. Two cups of boiling water

Preparation Directions:
Step-1: Heat the microwave to 350 degrees F. Mix the ingredients pretzels, melted butter and 4 1/2 tablespoons of sugar. In to the 9×13 inch pan, press in the ingredients to the bottom. Bake this mixture till it is lightly toasted or for 10 minutes. Keep it aside completely to cool.
