  2. One large onion
  3. One large potato
  4. Four 1/2 cups chicken broth

  7. Freshly ground pepper
  8. 1/2 pt. heavy cream
  9. 1/4 teaspoons ground nutmeg

Directions to Prepare:
Step-1: Take a large bowl and melt butter on medium heat. Cook onion and potato in the butter till onion become tender or for 8 minutes stirring them occasionally. Raise the heat to the medium high and cook it until the mixture comes to boiling point. Cover the mixture and decrease the heat to low. Cook it for 10 minutes. Next mix in the cream and cook the mixture for 10 more minutes. Finally season the recipe with pepper and salt if required and serve it.

3. Fried Leftover Stuffing Bites with Cranberry Sauce Pesto
